Your New Role: As Marketing Coordinator you will support the delivery of the brand’s marketing activity across ANZ. Working closely with the Managing Director and the wider team, you will help keep campaigns, events and day to day marketing activity running smoothly. Your role will be varied and hands on, with a mix of coordination, admin, stakeholder support and creative input. Support the planning and rollout of seasonal marketing calendars across ANZ Assist with campaign setup, timelines, internal approvals and post campaign reporting Coordinate digital content including eDMs, website banners and social media assets Help update the website and online boutique with product, content and copy changes Support planning and logistics for product launches, media events and in store activations Coordinate customer events across boutiques and key wholesale locations Liaise with retail partners, agencies and media contacts to provide assets and information Assist with PR activity including product send outs, media lists and tracking coverage Manage POS and marketing material orders including stock levels and in store installation requests Provide day to day admin support to the Head of the Brand and wider marketing team There will be occasional travel between Sydney and Melbourne to support key events and partner activity. Your Previous Experience: Experience as a marketing coordinator, officer, assistant or similar, with exposure to luxury retail or a related premium market Strong attention to detail with ability to manage timelines, assets and multiple moving parts Confident communicator who is comfortable working with internal teams and external partners Some exposure to event support or in store activations would be highly regarded Familiar with digital marketing basics and social media content, with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop or Illustrator seen as a bonus Organised, proactive and happy to roll up your sleeves to get things done Genuine interest in luxury, craftsmanship and brand storytelling What's Next?
